From the Field to Global Markets
Full cycle: sourcing from producers, lot preparation, logistics and export clearance.
Procurement
We work directly with agricultural producers — no intermediaries. Sourcing covers five regions of Kazakhstan: North Kazakhstan, Akmola, Kostanay, Pavlodar and Karaganda.
The purchase basis is FCA or DAP. Incoming quality control is carried out at the elevators.

Storage
Work with a network of elevators totalling 744,000 tonnes of capacity is carried out on a contractual basis — the company uses existing infrastructure without owning it.

Logistics
Export shipments move through four corridors — to China, Central Asian markets, via the Caspian, and north to Black Sea and Baltic Sea ports. Transport is mainly by rail and container via the KTZ network (Kazakhstan Temir Zholy).
The Caspian direction additionally uses a sea leg via the ports of Aktau and Kuryk.
